Toyota R4VA EV is a work of collaboration between Toyota and Tesla. Tesla and Toyota partnership began in May 2010. Both agreed to develop electric vehicles and related components to the vehicle, production systems and production engineering. This SUV was launched in Los Angeles during the 26th International Electric Vehicle Symposium. Toyota R4VA EV premiering at the 2010 LA Auto Show as a concept car.
